City Tours Morocco will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Services, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. City Tours Morocco does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, listings, reviews, or recommendations available through the Services. Travel information, prices, availability, and other details may change without notice.

City Tours Morocco is a platform that provides tourism information and facilitates connections between travelers and service providers. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent. Any transactions or interactions between you and third-party service providers listed on our platform are solely between you and those providers. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CITYGUIDE AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services. • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services. • Any content obtained from the Services. • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. • Any travel decisions made based on information found on City Tours Morocco.

In no event shall City Tours Morocco’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid to City Tours Morocco, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred Moroccan dirhams (100 MAD), whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
