The drive & arrival tips
The drive is an easy, mostly-motorway 3–3.5 hours over the Argana pass and down to the Souss plain — good road, straightforward, and far less tiring than the mountain routes east. Your driver can drop you in central Agadir, at the marina, or on up the coast to Taghazout.
Your driver meets you in the Menara arrivals hall. The coach alternative (Supratours or CTM) is cheap but means a taxi to the Marrakech bus station, a fixed departure time, and a drop at Agadir’s bus terminal rather than your hotel — with luggage and boards to manage at each end.
A private transfer trades a lower coach fare for door-to-door convenience on your own timing, with proper luggage space and no surcharge if your flight is late. For families, surf groups or anyone with an evening check-in, that is usually the better deal.

Can you drop me in Taghazout instead of Agadir?
Yes — Taghazout is a little beyond Agadir up the coast, and we drop you at your surf camp or hotel there. Mention it at booking so we quote the exact fixed price and allow for boards.
How long is the Marrakech airport to Agadir drive?
About 3 to 3.5 hours for the roughly 250 km, almost all on toll motorway. It is one of the easier long transfers in Morocco, and a private car goes straight to your hotel.
How much is a transfer from Marrakech airport to Agadir?
