The drive & arrival tips
The drive leaves Marrakech on the Amizmiz/Guemassa road and climbs gently into the Agafay hills, the last few kilometres often on graded piste to the camp. It is a 45–60 minute run that rewards a driver who has done it before, especially at dusk when camps are hardest to find.
Your driver meets you in the Menara arrivals hall. This is not a route to leave to an airport taxi: many will not commit to the unpaved final approach, and those that do often add a "piste" premium once you are on the way.
