Located in the modern Gueliz neighborhood, the restaurant occupies a bright, cheerful space decorated with colorful artwork and Moroccan textiles. The daily set menu changes to reflect what is fresh at the market, but the quality is consistently outstanding. The Friday couscous, a massive communal platter of fluffy semolina with seven vegetables and tender meat, has achieved legendary status among Marrakech's food cognoscenti.
