Agadir
BestAgadir is Morocco's most wheelchair-friendly city by a considerable margin. It was largely rebuilt after the 1960 earthquake to a modern grid plan, which means wide paved boulevards, a flat beach promenade stretching over 6 km, and most hotels built to 1980s–2000s resort standards with lifts and accessible bathrooms.
- Beach promenade: flat, smooth, 6 km — manual chairs manageable independently
- Most 4-star resort hotels have step-free lifts and roll-in showers (confirm on booking)
- Souk El Had market has paved interior lanes — still busy and narrow in sections
- Taxis are standard saloon cars; a fold-up lightweight chair fits in the boot
