- 1 tbsp Harissa
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1/4 Onion, sliced
- handful Olives
- handful French fries (optional)
- 1 triangle Laughing Cow cheese (optional)
Instructions

Split the bread lengthwise.

Spread harissa on one side.

Layer your chosen filling: grilled kefta, fried egg, tuna, or merguez.
