About This Dish
A soothing caffeine-free herbal infusion blending dried chamomile, verbena, mint, and rosemary — the most popular post-dinner digestive drink in Morocco. Every family has their preferred blend, and dried herb bundles hang in kitchens across the country ready for steeping. This tea is valued for its calming and digestive properties, and Moroccan grandmothers prescribe it as a remedy for everything from stomachaches to insomnia. Unlike the caffeinated green mint tea, this herbal version is gentle enough for children and evening drinking.
